5. Position the infrared sensor (2) to the windshield header trim panel (1) and connect the wire harness connector (4).
NOTE: Make sure the infrared sensor is properly positioned in the header trim panel. The sensor lens must be centered in the hole in the trim
panel or the sensor may not function as designed.
6. Install the infrared sensor onto the back of the header trim panel and engage the two retaining tabs (3). Make sure the retaining tabs are fully
engaged to the sensor and that the sensor is properly positioned in the trim panel.
7. Install the windshield header trim panel.
8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
9. Raise the convertible top.
