Underbody Suction Extension Line

9. If required, place the underbody refrigerant rear extension lines and sealing plate on a workbench, remove the nylon retaining clip that secures the

underbody suction rear extension line to the sealing plate and remove the line from the sealing plate.

10. Disconnect the exhaust system from the exhaust hanger rubber isolators and position the exhaust system out of the way.

Underbody Lines Front Connections

11. Disconnect the underbody refrigerant lines from the A/C liquid and suction front extension lines and remove and discard the O-ring seals.
12. Install plugs in, or tape over the opened refrigerant line fittings.
