Front Steering Knuckle: Description and Operation

Front Steering Knuckle

The steering knuckle is a single casting with legs machined for attachment of the strut damper, steering linkage, disc brake caliper, and lower control
arm ball joint. The steering knuckle also has the front hub and bearing mounted to it. The hub and bearing is positioned through the knuckle, with the
drive shaft constant velocity stub shaft splined through the center of the hub.
