SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Sliding door(s) difficult to open using the outside and/or inside latch handle.
DIAGNOSIS:
Pull the outside sliding door handle using normal means. If the door does not open, pull on the outside handle while also pulling outward on the rear
edge of the door at the beltline by the lower rear corner of the glass. If the door opens, perform Repair Procedure 1, if the door does not open perform
Repair Procedure 2.
