Lanos S Hatchback L4-1.6L DOHC D-TEC MFI (1999)
1. Install the caliper with the mounting bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the caliper mounting bolts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the brake hose and the washers.
Tighten
Tighten the brake hose inlet bolt to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the front wheels.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Fill the master cylinder to the proper level with clean brake fluid.
6. Bleed the caliper. See: Brake Bleeding
7. Recheck the fluid level.
