Lanos S Hatchback L4-1.6L DOHC D-TEC MFI (1999)
1. Measure the minimum lining thickness. See: Testing and Inspection
2. Install the brake shoes.
3. Push the piston inward, if necessary.
NOTICE: Do not damage the piston seal when the caliper is pivoted downward.
4. Pivot the caliper downward and secure it with the lower bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the caliper mounting bolt to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
5. Align the marks that were made before the wheel removal and install the front wheel.
