Dimmer Switch: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the instrument cluster dimmer switch and remote control outside rearview mirror switch assembly.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
4. Remove the instrument cluster dimmer switch from the switch assembly.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the instrument cluster dimmer switch into the switch assembly.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Install the instrument cluster dimmer switch and re mote control outside rearview mirror switch assembly.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
