Front Steering Knuckle: Service and Repair
Disassembly and Reassembly

Disassembly Procedure 

1. Remove the knuckle assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the rotor.
3. Remove the hub and bearing assembly. See: Wheel Hub 
4. Remove the brake splash shield. Refer to Disc Brake System; Brake Rotor/Disc; Disc Backing Plate. 

Assembly Procedure 

1. Install the brake splash shield.  Refer to Disc Brake System; Brake Rotor/Disc; Disc Backing Plate.
2. Install the hub and bearing assembly.  See: Wheel Hub
3. Install the rotor. 
4. Install the knuckle assembly onto the vehicle.
