Daewoo Motor America has revised the Lanos, Nubira and Leganza Wheel Nut/Bolt Torque Specification for both steel and alloy wheels.
^
The Wheel Nut/Bolt Torque Specification for all Lanos and Nubira models has been increased from 66 lb. ft. (90 N.m) to 88 lb. ft. (120 N.m).
^
The Wheel Nut/Bolt Torque Specification for all Leganza models has been increased from 72 lb. ft. (100 N.m) to 81 lb. ft. (110 N.m).
All vehicles returning to the Store/Independent Dealer for normal service or repair should have the wheels tightened to the new torque specification
before returning the vehicle to the customer. Because tire rotation is included in every 6,000 mile service interval, no additional labor time is required.
