Nubira SX Hatchback L4-2.0L DOHC D-TEC MFI (1999)
1. Install the passenger airbag module in the instrument panel.
2. Install the upper nuts on the airbag bracket studs.
Tighten
Tighten the passenger airbag bracket upper nuts to 8 Nm (71 lb.in).
3. Install the bracket lower nuts and bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the passenger airbag bracket lower nuts and bolts to 16 Nm (12 lb.ft).
4. Connect the passenger airbag electrical connector.
5. Install the glove box. Refer to Instrumentation/Driver Information.
6. Perform the SIR Diagnostic System Check.
