On all models, using suitable snap ring pliers and screwdriver to push in piston, remove snap ring and piston ring assembly, Figs. 9 and 10.

Inspect cylinder for damage and repair as necessary. Dip all sliding parts into brake fluid.

Install piston assembly and secure with snap ring.
6.
On Charade models, after installing piston assembly, push piston in fully, then install set bolt and new set bolt gasket. If removed install reservoir
assembly.
7.
On Rocky models, install stopper bolt.
