Remove the engine mounting right front bracket No.2.
Access Hole

Remove the service hole cover.
Crankshaft Pulley Bolts

Remove the crankshaft pulley by removing the four attaching bolts.
NOTE:

Place the gear shift lever in the 4th gear position so as to prevent the rotation of the crankshaft in case of manual transmission equipped model.

On the automatic transmission vehicle, prevent the crankshaft from being rotated by inserting a screwdriver or the like into the ring gear at the
rear end section of the cylinder block.

Remove the timing belt upper cover.

Remove the timing belt lower cover.
