Volt Meter Gauge: Testing and Inspection
This diagnostic procedure is not valid unless the voltmeter is the only instrument that is inoperative. If all gauges are inoperative or are not functioning
properly, instrument cluster printed circuit must be serviced.
1. Remove voltmeter from cluster.
2. With ignition switch in On position, check for battery voltage across B+ pin and ground pin. If correct voltage is present, replace voltmeter; if not,
repair cluster circuits as necessary.
