Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect ground cables from both batteries, then remove positive cable retaining nuts from radiator top and position cable to rear.
2. Drain cooling system, then disconnect throttle cable.
3. Remove hose clamps and hoses, then the overflow tank hose from filler neck nipple and tank from fan shroud T-slots.
4. Disconnect windshield washer reservoir tank electrical connectors and remove tank, then remove two upper fan shroud metal retaining clips.
5. Remove four fan shroud mounting bolts, then move shroud to rear.
6. Remove two upper mounting bolts and lift radiator from vehicle.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
