SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Difficulty in lowering a window on some subject vehicles equipped with electric window regulators using PN 4184316 and 4184317 motors may be due
to a binding condition in the regulator system.
DIAGNOSIS
Remove door trim panel. Using a voltmeter verify that there are 10 or more volts at the regulator motor terminals. If 10 or more volts are not present,
problem must be found and corrected before continuing to this repair procedure.
