SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Broken clutch cable, high clutch pedal effort, or slow clutch action.
DIAGNOSIS
Inspect clutch cable for proper routing at the transaxle. The transaxle cable mounting shelf contains two holes (Figure 1). One hole is for manufacturing
purposes and the other is for clutch cable retention.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Check cable routing. Cable should be routed at the transaxle as shown in Figure 1.
