Vacuum Brake Booster: Service and Repair
Transverse-Mounted Booster
TRANSVERSE MOUNT
1. Disconnect vacuum hose from power booster.
2. Remove master cylinder to booster attaching nuts, then the master cylinder.
3. Remove booster pushrod to pivot attaching bolts.
4. Remove power booster attaching nuts, then the power booster assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
