REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This repair involves replacement of blower motor switch with a revised switch and installation of a wiring harness with relay assembly.
1.
With ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the steering column cover as outlined in the appropriate service manual, see Figure 1.
