Front Crankshaft Seal: Service and Repair

REMOVAL 

1. Raise vehicle on hoist. Remove right wheel and inner splash shield.
2. Remove drive belt.

3. Remove crankshaft damper.

4. Using Tool C-4991, or equivalent to remove oil seal. Be careful not to damage that crankshaft seal surface of cover.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install new seal by using Tool C-4992, or equivalent.
