Install the condensate wall clip on the condensate wall as shown in Fig. 1. The clip must be pushed down until it contacts the bottom of the
housing.

Apply Mopar RTV Sealant (04318025) along the bottom and sides of the condensate clip to seal it to the A/C-heater housing and condensate wall.
Allow six hours to cure.

If the vehicle is a 1992 model and has an air direction baffle between the blower and evaporator core, remove the baffle and discard it. If the
vehicle is a 1991 model, the air direction baffle is needed and must remain in the housing.
6.
Assemble the A/C-heater housing as described in the Service
Manual and install it in the vehicle.
Procedure B:
This Procedure involves modifying the drain tube.
