Remove and discard the hydraulic assembly push rod pin clip and direct the push rod free from the brake pedal.

Remove and discard the pedal shaft nut and remove the pedal shaft. For AC/AY only - remove the stop lamp switch, leaving the mounting bracket
in place.

NOTE:
THE NUT SECURING THE PEDAL PIVOT PIN (OR SHAFT) AND THE INPUT ROD RETAINING CLIP ARE SPECIALLY FORMED
AND SHOULD NOT BE REUSED. USE THE NEW COMPONENTS SHIPPED IN THE KIT DURING PEDAL INSTALLATION.
