Caravan AWD V6-201 3.3L (1991)
NOTE:
If the wiper arm(s) cannot be removed easily, install the wiper arm removal tool (Miller Tool # 8434) over the end of the wiper arm as shown in
Figure 1. Turn the bolt clockwise to force the wiper arm off of the pivot head and then remove the wiper arm.

Open the hood and then tape the rear corners of the hood to prevent scratching when removing the cowl plenum grille.
4.
Remove the cowl plenum grille screws and then remove the grille (Figure 2).
5.
Remove the inner cowl grille.
6.
Remove the left and right wiper pivot assembly bolts (Figure 2).
7.
Disconnect the wiper linkage from the wiper motor arm.
8.
Remove the wiper linkage and pivots from the plenum as an assembly (Figure 2).
9.
Disconnect the left (driver side) wiper pivot assembly from the wiper linkage.
10.
Connect the new left wiper pivot assembly to the wiper linkage.
NOTE:
If the right wiper pivot was damaged when the wiper arm was removed, replace it with a new right pivot assembly, PN 05017773AA.
11.
Install the wiper linkage and pivots into the plenum (Figure 2).
12.
Connect the wiper linkage to the wiper motor arm.
13.
Install the pivot assembly bolts (Figure 2). Tighten the bolts to 65 in-lbs (7.5 Nm).
14.
Install the inner cowl grille.
15.
Install the cowl plenum grille (Figure 2). Tighten the screws securely.
16.
Remove the tape from the hood corners and close the hood.
17.
Align the wiper blades with the park position indicated on the windshield and install the wiper arm assemblies on the wiper pivots.
NOTE:
The wiper arm(s) may require replacement if the pivot head separated from the shaft during removal and is seized in the arm. If this occurs, transfer
the existing wiper blade and refill to the new arm.
