Challenger V6-3.5L (2009)
1. Clean all O-ring surfaces on front cover.
2. Position water pump and O-ring to engine.
3. Install mounting bolts (3). Tighten to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
4. Install timing belt See: Engine/Timing Components/Timing Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Timing Belt & Sprockets -
Installation.
5. Install accessory drive belts See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
6. Evacuate air and refill cooling system.See: Procedures/Water Pump - Coolant Air Evacuation
7. Check cooling system for leaks. See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics
