Challenger SRT-8 V8-6.1L (2009)
3. Install the shifter linkage bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
4. Raise the transmission into place and install transmission crossmember. Tighten crossmember bolts (1) to 61 Nm (45 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the propeller shaft center bearing support mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
6. Align the propeller shaft with the pre-scribed marks. Install the propeller shaft flange mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts to 58 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the propeller shaft center bearing heat shield See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Heat Shield/Service and Repair/Installation
8. Install the exhaust system See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Muffler/Service and Repair/Installation
9. Lower the vehicle.
