With Carburetor on Bench:

Remove and replace primary main air jet with #60 jet supplied. (See Figure 1.)

Service Procedure

Note:

A special tool must be fabricated for the following step. The tool is made by grinding a notch in the center of a standard screw driver blade to
the dimensions shown in detail below. The time allowance for fabrication is 0.3 hours. Each dealer should need only one such tool and submit
one claim.
