TRANSAXLE COMPONENT REVISION On a trial production basis from January 5 to January 31, 1989, revised components were installed in
KM200, KM210, and KM220 series transaxles in an effort to reduce reverse gear noise. This effort proved successful, and therefore these components
were put into production permanently on March 21, 1989.

Figure 1 below illustrates the components which have been revised. The attached chart lists the new component part number and, where applicable, the
part number of the component which is being replaced.
