Lower Housing And Components

Install the solenoid assembly and gasket.  Tighten the solenoid attaching screws to 8 Nm (72 lb-in).

3-4 Accumulator Removal

Install the 3-4 accumulator on the lower housing.  Be sure the valve springs and lock-up valve plug are properly positioned before tightening
accumulator screws.

Attach solenoid case connector to 3-4 accumulator with the shoulder type screw. The connector has a small locating tang that fits into a dimple in
the top of the accumulator housing.  Seat the tang in the dimple before tightening the connector screw.
