Remove the upper and lower hose clamps and hoses from radiator (Figure 1).

Disconnect the coolant reserve tank hose from the radiator filler neck nipple.

Remove the fan shroud upper retaining clips. Lift the shroud free of the two lower clips and place it back onto the engine.
6.
Remove the two radiator top mounting brackets (Figure 1).
7.
Lift the radiator free from the two lower dowels and remove from the vehicle (Figure 1).
8.
Install the supplied radiator into the vehicle, by inserting the two lower dowels into the alignment holes. Be sure the radiator drain cock is fully
closed before installing the radiator.
9.
Reinstall the two radiator top mounting brackets. Torque the bolts to 17 in.lbs. (2 N-m).
10.
Reinstall the fan shroud into the two lower clips and install the two upper shroud clips.
11.
Reattach the upper and lower hoses and clamps.
12.
Reattach the coolant reserve tank hose and the negative battery cable.
13.
Open the heater valve and fill the cooling system with proper coolant.
14.
Start the engine, check for leaks and verify correct coolant level.
