Cigarette Lighter: Description and Operation
CIRCUIT OPERATION
In the ACCESSORY or RUN position, the ignition switch supplies voltage to fuse 9 in the fuse block on circuit A31. Fuse 9 feeds circuit X22
which connects to the cigar lighter. When the lighter is depressed, the contacts inside of the lighter element close and voltage flows to ground on
circuit Z1.
