After removing the injector cap during the service procedure, note the color of the injector. If the injector is red, it does not need to be replaced. If
it is black, replacement is required.

When replacing an injector, be sure to lubricate the new 0-rings with a thin film of clean motor oil. Lubricate only the 0-rings. Failure to do this
step may result in fuel leaking past the 0-rings.

After reassembly of the injector, check for fuel leaks using DRBII ATM test 02 to pressurize the system.
