- Cam and Crankshaft Position (CMP and CKP Sensors)
- Throttle Opening (TPS)
- Battery Voltage
- Engine Knock Sensor
PCM CONTROLS:
- De-energizes EGR system, by grounding Electronic EGR Transducer (EET) solenoid.
- Adjusts injector pulse width, to supply additional fuel.
- Monitor oxygen sensor and fine tune air/fuel ratio by varying injector pulse width
- Adjust ignition timing.
- De-energize A/C Compressor Clutch relay (if selected)
Ignition Switch Off
When the ignition switch is OFF the PCM interrupts the ground to the ASD and fuel pump relays.
