13. Install and tighten the screw that secures the lower seat belt anchor plate to the seat adjuster. Tighten the screw to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
14. Reposition the cover over the lower seat belt anchor plate to conceal the screw that secures the anchor plate to the front seat adjuster.
15. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
