Durango 2WD V8-5.2L VIN Y (1999)
1. Install flow control valve and spring.
2. Install new O-ring seals on housing and install reservoir,
3. Install mounting studs and tighten to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
4. Install fitting in flow control valve bore tighten to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
