Durango 2WD V8-5.7L Hybrid (2009)
1. Position the exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust manifold.
2. Install the manifold bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Install heat shield and tighten the retaining nuts to 8 Nm (70 in. lbs.).
4. Lower the engine.
CAUTION: Do not damage engine harness while lowering the engine.
5. Remove the engine support fixture 8534B.
6. Raise and support the vehicle.
7. Install and tighten the right and left side engine mount through bolts.
8. Install the exhaust flange to pipe bolts.
