High Voltage Battery - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Install the battery lifting adaptor 10182 on the battery pack.
2. Install the battery pack into the vehicle.
3. Install the battery pack mounting retainers. Tighten the two M8 retainers to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.). Tighten the six M12 retainers to 48 Nm (35 ft.
lbs.).
4. Install the battery pack vent tube (2).
5. Install the battery pack cooling duct (1) and push pins.
6. Connect the battery pack electrical connector (3).
7. Install the nuts from the strain relief clamp. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
8. Install the nuts from the wire terminals. Tighten to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
