14. Install the TEHCM heat sink bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 7 Nm (5 ft. lbs.).
15. Install the TEHCM mounting and valve body bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to 11 Nm (8 ft lbs).
16. Install the detent spring (2) and the mounting bolt (1), Tighten the bolt to 7 Nm (5 ft. lbs.).
