Close the lid (Figure 9) then, finish installing the hinge pin by tapping it lightly with a hammer until the hinge pin has secured the lid to the console

Continue installing the hinge pin until the pin is positioned as shown in Figure 10.

Attach the hinge cover.

Open the center console/armrest lid and install the two screws that secure the hinge cover to the center console/armrest lid (Figure 2).
