Fig. 26  Oil Pump Side Clearance

NOTE: Oil pan must be removed prior to removing oil pump.

1.

Remove five retaining bolts holding oil pump to block.

2.

Check pump condition and perform checks.

3.

Install pump with proper length bolts in correct position and torque to specifications.
