Clean all the old sealant off the baffle and cylinder head cover.

Apply the silicone rubber adhesive sealant on the baffle and cylinder head cover as shown in Figure 1.

6.

Install the baffle. Tighten the baffle retaining bolts to 105 in.lbs. (12 N-m)

7.

Install the cylinder head cover as outlined in the appropriate service manual.

Remove the crankcase vent to air cleaner tube assembly, PCV valve and intake manifold hose assembly, Figure 2. Discard the
old air cleaner filter and crankcase vent filter. Clean any oil from air cleaner housing and PCV system. Install the new air cleaner
