Grand Caravan V6-3.3L Flex Fuel (2008)
1. Guide ends of return hose through openings around each side of cooling module.
2. Position return hose cooler tube mounting brackets (2) over clips on cooling module and press in on each until tabs on clip engage bracket, locking
it in place.
3. Guide reservoir end of return hose (2 - overhead view) up right side of cooling module and install tie strap clip (1 - overhead view) securing hose
to cooling module.
4. Install return hose (2) onto reservoir (1). Slide hose clamp into position on fluid reservoir and attach it. Be sure hose clamp is installed past bead
on fluid reservoir fitting.
5. Install return hose (2) to cooler over return hose (5) from gear tube. Slide hose clamp into position on fluid reservoir and attach it. Be sure hose
clamp is installed past bead on fluid reservoir fitting.
