Valve Body: Removal and Replacement
Removal
REMOVAL
NOTE: If valve body is replaced or reconditioned, the PCM Quick Learn Procedure must be performed See: Powertrain
Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
NOTE: The Engine Cradle Crossmember assembly must be partially lowered to gain access to and remove the Valve Body assembly.
1. Disconnect battery negative cable.
2. Remove battery and tray.
