1. Position the exterior door handle (1) on vehicle.
2. Install screws (2) attaching outside door handle to outer door panel.
3. Engage cable to exterior handle.
4. Verify sliding door operation. Adjust as necessary.
5. Install sliding door trim panel. See: Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Door Trim Panel - Installation
6. Connect the battery negative cable.

Interior Handle - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove sliding door trim panel. See: Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Door Trim Panel - Removal
3. Remove the interior handle mounting fasteners.
4. Disconnect the locking rod from the interior handle lock button.
5. Disconnect the inside handle cable from the interior handle assembly.
6. Remove the interior handle from the vehicle.

Interior Handle - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position the interior handle (1) to the vehicle.
2. Connect the inside handle cable to the interior handle assembly.
3. Connect the locking rod to the interior handle lock button.
4. Install the interior handle mounting fasteners.
5. Verify sliding door operation. Adjust as necessary. See: Adjustments/Sliding Door - Adjustments
