Scuff Plate: Service and Repair
Scuff Plate - Removal
Sliding Door
REMOVAL
1. Open sliding door.
2. Using a trim stick or equivalent, pull up and outboard on the trim panel (2) from inboard edge of scuff plate.
3. Rock the scuff plate outboard to unhook tabs (2) along sheet metal edge
4. Pull the scuff plate (1) forward to unhook tab into quarter panel (2).
