1. Position the side shield (2) to the seat back hinge and seat riser and install the three retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws securely.

Swivel Seat Cushion Frame - Removal

REMOVAL

NOTE: Right seat shown in illustrations. Left seat similar.

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a workbench.
2. Remove the seat side shields See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seats, Second And Third Row, Bench/Seat Riser Latch Link -

Removal.

3. Remove the seat cushion side shields See: Seat Cushion Side Shields - Removal.
4. Remove the seat back See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back - Removal.
5. If equipped with heated seats, remove the two screws (2) that secure the electrical contact (4) to the outboard seat riser (3) and disengage the wire

harness retainers (5) from the riser and the pivot mechanism (1).
