1. Connect the left intermediate floor distribution duct (4) and the right intermediate floor distribution duct (2) to the front HVAC housing (1).
2. Engage the left and right intermediate floor distribution ducts to the studs located on the floor support (3).
3. Install the carpet onto the front floor panel and under the instrument panelSee: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Carpet/Service and

Repair/Carpet - Installation.

4. Install the front seatsSee: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seat - Installation.
5. Install the center floor consoleSee: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Floor Console - Installation.

Front Instrument Panel Ducts - Removal

REMOVAL

WARNING: Disable the airbag system before attempting any steering wheel, steering column, or instrument panel component diagnosis or
service. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery (ground) cable, then wait two minutes for the airbag system capacitor to discharge before
performing further diagnosis or service. This is the only sure way to disable the airbag system. Failure to take the proper precautions may
result in accidental airbag deployment and possible serious or fatal injury.

CENTER DUCTS

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the center bezel from the instrument panel.
3. Remove the screw (1 and 5) that secures each center instrument panel duct (2 and 4) to the instrument panel support (6).

NOTE: If the foam seal on each center instrument panel duct is deformed or damaged, it must be replaced.

4. Disconnect the center instrument panel ducts from the center distribution duct (3) and remove the center ducts from the vehicle.

OUTBOARD AND CENTER DISTRIBUTION DUCTS

NOTE: Take the proper precautions to protect the front face of the instrument panel from cosmetic damage during this service procedure.
