Air Outlets - Installation

Front Distribution

INSTALLATION

CENTER OUTLETS

1. Position the air outlets (1 and 3) to the center bezel (5) and engage the retaining tabs (4). Make sure the retaining tabs are fully engaged.
2. Install the two screws (2) that secure each air outlet to the center bezel. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
3. Install the center bezel.
4. Reconnect the negative battery cable.

OUTBOARD OUTLETS

NOTE: Driver side air outlet shown. Passenger side outlet similar.

5. Position the air outlet (2) to the trim panel (3).
6. Install the four screws (1) that secure the air outlet to the trim panel. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
7. Depending on the air outlet being serviced, install the cluster bezel or upper glove box.
8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
