Front Tow Hook Bracket

FRONT TOW HOOK BRACKET

REMOVAL

1. Unthread the front tow eye from the tow eye bracket (Fig. 16).
2. Open hood and disconnect the negative battery cable remote terminal from the battery post.
3. Hoist vehicle.
4. Partially remove the front fascia to gain access to the windshield/headlamp washer reservoir. 
5. Remove the front tow eye bracket.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the front tow eye bracket and fasteners. Torque bolts to 23 to 34 N.m (Fig. 16).
2. Reinstall the front fascia as necessary. 
3. Lower vehicle from the hoist.
