42LE - Automatic Transmission
SHIFT MECHANISM - REMOVAL
1. Remove shifter handle and console bezel.
2. If equipped with Autostick, disconnect the Autostick switch connector.
3. Loosen adjuster nut on shifter adjuster (Fig. 375).
4. Disconnect shifter cable from shift pin (Fig. 376) and disconnect cable from shifter assembly bracket.
