Connect the CH9404D StarSCAN(R) vehicle cable to the StarSCAN(R) and the vehicle data link connector (DLC).

3.

Power ON the StarSCAN(R).

4.

Turn the ignition switch on.

5.

Select "ECU View"

6.

Select "FCM (gateway) View"

7.

Select "Miscellaneous Functions"

8.

Select "Police VTA"

9.

Enter the vehicle PIN number.

10.

Verify the vehicle PIN number is correct.

11.

Enter "Next" on the StarSCAN(R).

12.

Follow the directions on the StarSCAN(R) to disable the VISS.
