DISCUSSION:
When removing the wheel lug nuts on LX vehicles, a 21 mm socket must be used. If an incorrect socket size is used, such as 22 mm or 7/8 inch socket,
damage to the nuts will occur. This damage includes deformation of the lug nut corners, and, for capped lug nuts, cap swelling, cap loosening or cap fall
off. Also, if the lug nuts are deformed in this manner, the lug nut wrench supplied with the vehicle may not be usable when changing a flat tire.
